Herbal Craft Workshop

A 4-week Introduction workshop to herbcraft, home herbology practice, and personal health. Topics included are: tea crafting, tincture making, infused oils & salves, herb gardening, learning about specific herbs with their applications, and home herbal cleaning.  This workshop meets for 4 consecutive Sunday afternoons from 2-4pm.  Cost includes all materials, teaching time, and herbs used during the course.  

Workshop location is in a private home in the Highlands neighborhood of Denver - address distributed upon workshop registration.

Cheese-making Workshop with Slow Food Denver

Dive into the mystery of fresh cheese making for your home! We’ll make three different kinds of fresh cheeses from raw dairy & talk about home fermentation. Come prepared to try some cheese, learn practices that are easy for a home kitchen, and build your own resource list for local dairy sourcing. Each participant will also take home some fresh cheeses for further recipe testing!

We've built a life-size timeline of the History of US Agriculture!  Come join us to walk through the timeline, contribute intersections of your own agricultural history, and talk with others about what this history means for us today.  This is a popular education style workshop so come prepared to participate, listen, and contribute!  

This workshop is free & open to the public.

The Guest House takes our dinner on the road to connect with our Central state and Western Slope community!

A 5-course meal with wine pairings will feature central & western slope Colorado farmers and some of our favorite guilty-pleasure wines.  This event has a limited seating of 15 and will begin with a cocktail reception.  

This event will be hosted at the home of Chris Bonadies & Jody Cooper in Snowmass, CO.
